[kepler-users] Expression Actor

[Tristan King]

If you don't mind programming python, the python actor is quite good, and
works quite the same way that the expression actor works (i.e. you have to
add your own input and output ports). However, the startup overhead may not
be desirable. I say give it a try either way.
