[kepler-users] Hydrant, reporting for duty

Hi Donglai,

Unfortunately, this is a problem with the javascript graphing library that
i've used. I've yet to figure out why it does this, or how to fix it. I may
have to look into some of the other graphing libraries that have been
suggested in the past if i get time.
