Create a (non-gui) Provenance Client that can interact with Provenance stores. 

Among other things, this interface should be able to gather from provenance
stores the items needed to create Publication Ready Archives
(http://reap.ecoinformatics.org/Wiki.jsp?page=UsecasePublicationReadyArchive ),
query to create high level views of what's stored in provenance store(s), and
delete a workflow run or a workflow and all associated runs in provenance.

Development is initially being driven by the needs of the usecase above and
those of Kepler Reporting.
