Create diagram and model classes required for ItemOfInterest, and
ItemsOfInterest List.  This is a reporting-specific subset of the workflow
model.
An item of interest might include
actor
director
workflow parameter

It may also include
Another item of interest, or a collection of items of interest(in the case of
composite actors)

And
an item of interest contains one or more ReportItems.
