[kepler-dev] Running Kepler from the commandline

Hi Paul,

I agree with you.  We need to focus more attention on the wiki and make 
sure that the documentation there is correct, relatively complete, and 
where necessary or useful points at the appropriate manuals for more 
extensive documentation.  This may require some reorganization of the 
wiki to make it approachable.

I think it would also be useful to check with Kirsten, Daniel, and Chad 
whether these new commandline options have been described in the most 
recent versions of the Kepler User Manual and Getting Started Guide.
