[kepler-dev] Kepler wikipedia entry

I learned today that there was no wikipedia entry for Kepler, so I've 
now created one:

Contributions welcome -- its rather incomplete at this point.  I could 
use references to the various models of computation from ptolemy, more 
thorough descriptions of semantics, distributed computing, workflow 
sharing via the repository, support for scientific computing systems 
like R and Matlab, etc.

This will hopefully help to disambiguate Kepler from the kepler lua 
project and others.
