I changed ptolemy/actor/gui/WindowPropertiesAttribute.java so that if any part
of the window is off of the screen, the window is moved to the 0 pixel on the
axis that is off.  This fixes these problems with saving on multi-head systems
then reopenening on a single-head machine.
