[kepler-dev] Kepler Remote Execution Engine

Hi, Tristan, 

       Thanks for your work. It's a good start. I have two comments:

1)      Another "WORK ALREADY DONE": Distributed Workflow Execution by 
NCEAS, UCSB (Chad?). I think there are some commonalities for these two 
tasks.

2)      Another Requirement on "BACKEND-FRONTEND INTERACTION": Backend 
selection. A mechanism should be provided to get the optimal backend for 
execution according to backend capabilities and frontend requirements.
