You must hit the return key to force an entry in the Criteria column of the
QueryBuilder. If you just enter the criteria value and click 'OK' the
QueryBuilder ignores the text in the Criteria column. Ideally, if there is data
in the column, losing focus should have the same effect as hitting the return
key (i.e. the OK button action should capture any data in the table.)
