A new actor called 'AscGridValue' has been added to the Kepler src and an
example workflow using it has been added to Demos/ENM/

This actor takes a *.asc file name and (xloc, yloc) values and interpolates to
return a value at the input location.

This provides a basic solution for the requested capability (although other
features could be added). Note that this actor has not been added to the actor
tree (and documentation is still missing)
