When a workflow is saved, the screen coords of where the window is are also
saved.  If the screen it was saved on was bigger than the screen you are
opening it on, the workflow can open completely off the screen.  this is
especially true when you are using a dual monitor setup.  Kepler needs to check
to see if the screen coords that the window opens to actually exist on the
current monitor, and if not, it should move the window to coords that actually
exist.
