We can delete the following jar files:

doublePolygon.jar
NimrodService.jar
griddlesActorLib.jar
ncsu.jar
edu.sdsc.globusproxy.jar
geon-jdbc-driver.jar
omi.jar

Two files with unknown licenses remain:

dlese.jar
oracleJdbc.jar

I recommended deleting all of these and running the tests and demos.

We still need to make the list of LGPL libraries included easily available and
to include any other attribution required by a few of the non-BSD licenses.
