Is this in the head of CVS or the 1.0 release branch?

I cannot check on a Mac at the moment, but the message looks like the
$KEPLER/plugins/Input-Output/ folder may be missing? This folder contains the
'ASC_TextReader' file which is plug-in for ImageJ to read *.asc files.
