The licensing on gnu-regexp-1.0.8.jar could be problematic. It is only used in
org.ecoinformatics.util.Util.substitute(), and there only to reproduce the
build-in functionality of String.replaceAll(). This redundant function doesn't
appear to be called anywhere, although a call could conceivably be crafted at
runtime. Is there any objection to removing this jar, and the associated
String.replaceAll() duplicate function?
