Try putting RExpression actor on workspace and change its name. Call 'Save in
Library' popup menu. New customized actor is added to library, as expected.

However, when you shut down Kepler and restart, the new actor is no longer in
the actor tree! Also, if you try to Save a second actor in the library without
shutting down, saves after the first one fail!
