Context menus in Kepler are supposedly added using the
uiContextMenuMappings_en_US.properties file. However, I find the attempts to
enable the "Listen to Actor' manu fail for an unknown reason. According to the
file, one should be able to reuse PTII context menu with an expression like

ACTOR->Listen\ to\ Actor=ACTOR->Listen\ to\ Actor

since Ptolemy has a 'Listen to Actor' context menu. 

However, this does not work! (although the method does apparently work in other
cases and using other expressions to the right of the '=' sign work)
