Added <configure> </configure> tags around the paragraph (<P></P>) tags used in
the new documentation (ie inside the <KeplerDocumentation> tag) for three of
the actors where it was missing. Note that additional tags added for
documentation must be enclosed by <configure> or the MoMLParser will show a
Warning Message Box
