ecogrid endpoint at 'ecogrid.ecoinformatics.org' not working! Workaround is to
replace that endpoint in $Kepler/lib/config.xml with 'knb.ecoinformatics.org'

This seems to solve the problem, but 'ecogrid.ecoinformatics.org' is the
default in installed version of Kepler and thus needs to be fixed.
