The menu command to build a Composite actor from a selected set of actors has
been disabled in Kepler. [But an empty Composite actor exists in the actor tree
and one can build composites by dragging it to the workspace.]

The menu command to build a composite from selected actors is quite useful and
should be added back into Kepler. This will require correcting the Moml
generated to fit Kepler requirements.
