Note: Using <Shift> + <Command> seems to work on the Mac!  (under Java 1.5) At
least for the relation.

Also, diva/canvas/event/MouseFilter class seems to be important for the
problem. If one 'or's the InputEvent.META_MASK bit into the definition of
_modifierMask, the code seems to work OK on the Mac, even though a comment in
that code says this will cause a problem with transitons on modal models.
