For the 1.0 release, once you have checked the current right-click menus in the
nightly build, you can change the entries if necessary (add or remove entries,
or change names) by editing the file:

kepler\configs\ptolemy\configs\kepler\uiContextMenuMappings_en_US.properties

The beginning of that file has full documentation
