I see your point especially for the FileToString. In fact, I am not sure 
how it differs from a TextReader (unless it converts raw binary to a 
string, in which case I would say it is a Converter). The FileToArray 
might be considered a file reader but reading and evaluating expressions 
and converting to an array sure sounds like a significant conversion to 
me. But I think this just points out that people will never agree on any 
categorization

In any case, it's not that important..
