[kepler-dev] Kepler cvs and website down?

Sorry, Christopher.  The server was compromised again, this time because 
some people changed their password back to their original even though I 
explicily requested that they not do that.  So...Colby had to clean the 
compromise, and the machine was removed from the network while he 
removed the intrusion.  We will clearly have to be more diligent about 
password management to combat this issue -- we'll likely implement a 
password expiration policy soon, even though that is painful.
