[kepler-dev] Kepler actor documentation

Hi All,
    Just a point of possible interest --- The Kepler nightly zip file 
has been updated to include the doclet documentation produced by 
Nandita's xml script. So now you should be able to select an actor and 
display the documentation using the popup menu.

    Eventually, this documentation should be put into the kar file. 
Currently, it is created in the KEPLER_DIR tree and copied to the 
$KEPL:ER/dev subdirectory for the nightly zip.
