[kepler-dev] nils in PT/Kepler

Christopher,
    I agree with the suggestion that we NOT support nils in MatrixTokens 
simply for efficiency. This will have no effect on the RExpression actor 
(which is one reason the whole question came up anyway) since it 
currently has no support for being passed (or creating) a MatrixToken 
anyway. Support in ArrayToken is sufficient.
