[kepler-dev] Class repackaging

Hi, Kevin:

Today, I tried to fix the problem in JUnit test which we mentioned in the 
telephone conference. But It seemed some class in kepler were repackaged 
and it causes lots of issues in JUnit test file. Would you mind taking a 
look?
