[kepler-dev] semantics

Not wild about FooGlobe :)
Actually, Globe is not very intuitive to me for suggesting connectivity

Could just stick with the old standby "Web"...ScienceWeb?  ScienceNet?  
Except those don't suggest the additional features that we are trying to 
implement on top of the web

I looked up synonyms for web:  trap, snare, maze, muddle, mess, tangle, 
confusion, labyrinth, snarl....maybe pretty descriptive of the current 
state of affairs but doesn't inspire much confidence :-)
