[kepler-dev] semantics

I like Science Grid or SciGrid -- gives the scientists the perspective that
something is dedicated to science and thus them and is important.  Data is
too general IMO and as Deana just mentioned, it won't just be data but other
workflows and programs/components etc that will be available in the future.

I also think using Grid is a good idea because this is what the technology
is called and that helps to reinforce that and also bridges the terminology
between tech people and scientists.

I have two issues with Kepler Data Grid:
-we will eventually have tools other than Kepler accessing it
