I've replaced the old DocumentationAttribute in the Utilities menu
in Pt II with the new DocAttribute, and deprecated the old class.
The old class provided only rudimentary support for displaying arbitrary
HTML files.  The new attribute is better integrated with vergil and
produces the doc displays that I sent around recently.  Just drop it
in a model or composite actor and double click to provide the documentation
for that model or composite actor.
