[kepler-dev] Is Scia in Release 1.0?

I looked at the code lying about and I don't see how
BasicGraphController has access to the Kepler menu system. The Kepler
menu system is defined in BasicGraphFrame which has no direct connection
to the BasicGraphController object.
BasicGraphController can get access to it's containing BasicGraphFrame
(as a well typed object), so in theory we could get access to the menu
mapper that way.
