[kepler-dev] changes to CVS repository

Hi,

As proposed last week, we have changed the kepler CVS module to
completely remove the "docs" subdirectory (153 MB) to make checkout of
the kepler module much faster. We created a new module called
"kepler-docs" to contain the kepler documentation and other outreach
materials. All kepler project members now have write access to both
modules. The next time you update your cvs copy, kepler/docs should
disappear. To gain access to those files, please checkout the new
kepler-docs module:

   cvs co -P kepler-docs

Please do not add or edit any files in the old kepler/docs subdirectory.

Two major changes:
1) We moved the Kepler installation instructions so that they would
travel with the kepler module. They are not located at "kepler/INSTALL"
and should be kept up-to-date there as the build is changed.

2) The old kepler/docs/user/docbook is now at kepler/src/doc/docbook and
the build.xml was adjusted to find the new location.

Let me know if problems surface.

Matt

PS We are still updating wiki links to the documentation. In the
meantime a few links on the website may be broken. They'll be fixed today.
