[kepler-dev] Ptolemy II Mac context menu

In Ptolemy II 4.0.1, there is a bug in the modal model editor
that prevents the proper context menu from appearing when
right clicking on a transition.

I hacked in a fix and Steve hacked in some other changes,
but I'm concerned that the Mac context menus might be messed up
for all of Ptolemy.

Could someone who is on the Mac with access to the Ptolemy
II tree do a clean update and try it?

BTW to replicate the bug we fixed:
1. File -> New -> model model

2. Drag two states in to the canvas
3. Control-click on a state to create a transition, drag it over to the
   other state
4. Right click on the transition and the context menu should have the 
   entries:
       Configure
       Add Refinement
       Remove Refinement
       Look Inside
   Note that clicking on the relation can be tricky, try clicking on 
   the arrow head.
