[kepler-dev] sponsored account for Jenny Wang

I just wanted to let everyone know that I have sponsored Jenny Wang for
a trial account to contribute to Kepler.  Jenny is going to be
attempting to integrate her SCIA code for schema matching into Kepler in
combination with the semantic mediation work that Shawn Bowers has been
leading.  So you should see the SCIA code work from Jenny hitting the
repository soon.
