[kepler-dev] Kepler SRB actor question

Dear Efrat, Kepler Dev Team

I'm currently experiencing the SRB actors in Kepler Alpha 4, and I
have some quick questions:

1) Is this required to build the MdasAuth and MdasEnv files in the
~/.srb folder before using the SRBConnect actor?  Can I connect to the
SRB server by just typing in the login information in the SRBConnect
actor configuration?

2) If I'm Kepler under Windows, where be the ~/.srb folder?  Under
C:\, under my documents....?
