To do this, need to write a script that takes all files in
kepler-docs/dev/usability/graphics/svg and removes everything inside (and
including) the following XML tags in each one:

<metadata>...</metadata>
<switch>...</switch>
<i:pgf  id="adobe_illustrator_pgf">...</i:pgf>
