[kepler-dev] Ecogrid - EML problems

Sorry, I figured out the problem -- the firewall on the new server was 
configured to only allow connections from nceas hosts, so home machines 
and Chris' machines at Berkeley were failing.  I've opened up the 
firewall so try again and let me know if it works.
