[kepler-dev] java.lang.Exception: Failed to read configuration

Robin,

That file comes from the ptolemy build, not the kepler build.  It is in 
${PTII}/ptolemy/configs.  So when you are building the ptolemy stuff, 
you have to be sure that your runtime classpath includes all of the 
right files from $PTII, including the files in ptolemy/configs.  I'm 
quite certain it is a classpath issue.
