Spencer,

Sorry, I must have missed your request buried in the stream of junk mail 
that is sent to the pmc account.  My apologies.  We can set up a CVS 
access account for you easily.  We'll be back in touch with the details 
soon.

Right now there are no release files available.  We are currently 
targeting an early May beta release, but no guarantees :)  In the 
meantime, you can browse the CVS repository online at:
   http://cvs.ecoinformatics.org/cvs/cvsweb.cgi/kepler/
Once we get an account to you you can check out the whole tree and build 
and run it.
