[kepler-dev] Kepler Installer

Hi,

I agree that other packaging might also good.
Our selection of InstallShield is based on our previous experience with it
and we had bought a license. I know that InstallShield has a multiplatform
version for install on other OS.

We are very glad to see the use of InstallAnywhere if it can install for us
on windows, linux and Mac. Or anything that can correctly install our
package.

In terms of InstallShield installer, besides copying all those files,
creating shortcuts, it also updates a file content for classpath.

I do not know who will lead in investigating the new installer.

Thanks,

Zhengang Cheng
