Thanks, Chad,

I'd like to point out that tally of voting members was actually 5-0 (out 
of 11 possible votes) with the following members casting approve votes: 
berkley, altintas, lee, ludaescher, jones.   In the future it would be 
nice if we had a higher percentage of members voting.  Maybe we should 
in general allow more time for the vote (say at least 5 business days), 
and maybe we should modify the charter to require at least a 2/3 quorum 
before a vote passes.  Comments?

Could you update the web site to add Jing as a new member on the member 
list?  Thanks.
