need to create a "hand" mouse cursor tool for kepler similar to photoshop or
illustrator so you can move the viewing window around with the mouse cursor. 
this would be more convenient than using the smaller viewing window in the lower
left to navigate a large pipeline.  It would also be nice to have a zoom in and
zoom out mouse cursor where if you clicked zoom with the mouse, it would zoom
and recenter on the mouse click.
