This model is around 236 actors:

This model is 300+ actors:
http://ptolemy.eecs.berkeley.edu/papers/02/Neutrino/neutrino.pdf

domains/sdf/demo/RijndaelEncryption is around 110.

domains/wireless/demo/MACProtocolModel is around 711 actors.
I have an wireless model built by someone offsite with 451 actors.
I've had contact with external people who have automatically generated
models with 100s of actors in a single diagram.
