    Hi, Maura - If you open up the Water Yield tool in ArcMap, either
   under the Hydropower or Water Purification toolsets, one of the inputs
   is the 'Zhang constant'. It is not specified in the biophysical table,
   but in the tool parameter window. We do not assume a default, so the
   field is left blank. Or maybe I'm not understanding your question? ~
