Error calculating adjusted loading values

    I've been getting ready to run this model on my own data, but because
   I had some issues, I decided to run the base data to make sure
   everything was working fine. The water yield runs fine, but when I get
   to step 2, nutrient retention, I get an error message; the report is
   below. After I received this message the first time, I downloaded a
   clean copy of InVEST. I also opened a new mxd and copied the
   Freshwater Base Data from the InVEST folder into a Scratch workspace
   set aside specifically for the Base Data calculations and loaded the
   mxd from here; this is where I have saved everything. Any help would
