release of Metacat (1.9.5).

Metacat is a flexible storage, search, and display system for scientific

data and associated metadata documents. Metacat is an open source project,

and we welcome contributions to the system in many forms, including new

features, code fixes, and documentation, among others. The new release of

Metacat can be downloaded from:

This release focuses on the following issues:

*Metacat could not download the included schemas in an external schema file during document insertion.

*Workflow scheduler stopped working when the metadata standard of the kepler kar file was changed.

*Earthgrid could not transform the Earthgrid query with concept "/" to the Metacat path query correctly.

*Document access rules are now preserved when documents are archived during the 'delete' action.

We hope that this software is useful to you. We welcome feedback and
