Hi Alzira --

I'm trying to interpret your question -- I am assuming that you are asking
if its possible to use postgresql with EML.  If that's your question, then
the answer is yes, you can use EML with any database.  You would need to
parse the EML document with an XML parser and then load the resulting
information into the database.  If you want to store and search EML, you
might find that the open source Metacat server that we have created will
help you to get a data management solution up and running quickly.  Metacat
will allow you to store EML metadata as well as other XML-based metadata
standards, index it, and allow you to search it using a powerful SOLR
syntax.  Metacat uses postgres in the backend as part of its data storage.
