[eml-dev] Basis of the record in EML

Thanks Inigo, David and Matt.
In my opinion, we need to apply the most traceable proposal and at the 
same time facilitate the translation between formats.
However, could be /basisOfRecord /tag enough interesting to recommend it 
as further modification of EML? What do you think?
