Looks like the attribute index count is not correct when we construct the
hyperlink. This works (N.B. the attributeindex=7 of the attributeindex=1):
http://knb.ecoinformatics.org/knb/metacat?action=read&qformat=default&sessionid=0&docid=nceas.997.2&displaymodule=attributedomain&entitytype=dataTable&entityindex=1&attributeindex=7
