[eml-dev] Question about sampling frequency

Hi David -
To the best of my knowledge, there is no place for recording sampling 
frequency in EML. See this bug for the most recent (albeit, 2008)  
discussion of this issue:

I think that currently, most people state these details in the methods 
tree somewhere.
