[eml-dev] eml membership

Hi,

Its been quite a while since the members of the EML Project
(http://knb.ecoinformatics.org/software/eml/members.html) have been
called on to vote on an issue.  We expect to do so soon with regards
to the upcoming EML 2.1.0 release that Margaret has been writing to
the list about.  In preparation, I'd like to clean up our membership
list to clarify who is still interested in being actively involved, as
several people have moved on to other jobs and responsibilities and
may not have the time or interest to invest in the upcoming flurry of
activity.  Here's the list of EML Project members who I think are now
inactive:

For each of you, please reply, indicating if you are still interested
in being active in EML project work.  If so, no changes.  If you reply
"no", or if we don't hear from you by March 1st, then I propose that
you be moved to an 'Inactive' status that removes you from voting
tallies so  that we can reach a quorum for the upcoming votes on the
release of EML 2.1.0.  At any point in the future these inactive
members could become 'active' again upon request, but this change in
status will allow us to reach a quorum on the upcoming votes.

I think the following people are very much still active, and this
would represent the voting members if nobody from the above list
responds in the affirmative:
